Essential Oil
A St. John’s Wort essential oil is made from cuttings taken from the top 6-12 inches of the plant, while in bloom. The oil is extruded under low heat and pressure in a still. Our oil is made from our own, organically grown St. John’s Wort. We cultivate our crop to ensure a high quality, contaminate free, harvest and process the oil at a local distillery, where we monitor the methods and conditions.
Many uses
Essential oil made from St. John’s Wort relieves the pain and reduces the inflammation of afflicted muscles and joints. Those who suffer from gout, sciatica, neuralgia, and rheumatic pains find relief by rubbing in a few drops of this oil regularly. It is also used on mild burns, bruises and varicose veins.
